How Our No-Cost Roofer Referral Works in Edmond, OK

Roof Replacement Edmond OK connects homeowners in Edmond, OK with one independent local roofer, free of charge. We are a referral service, not a roofing company, and we do no roofing work. Here is what happens after you call (405) 555-0174 or send the form, and what stays out of our hands.

How This Service Works

Think of this site as a switchboard with a single line. You tell us about your roof, and we hand that request to one independent roofer who works in the Edmond area. That roofer runs its own business. It sets its own prices, writes its own contract and answers for its own work. Roofers may pay us for the referral. You pay nothing for it.

How a Request Moves

  1. You reach out. Call or use the form. Share your address, the roof type if you know it and anything you've spotted.
  2. We confirm the town. We check that your address is in Edmond or one of the five nearby towns this site covers.
  3. One roofer gets your details. We pass your request to one independent local roofer, never to a list.
  4. The roofer contacts you. It sets up a visit to inspect, photograph and measure the roof.
  5. You decide. You get a written estimate and choose whether to sign. Saying no costs you nothing.

What to Ask the Roofer

Oklahoma doesn't license roofers. It registers them through the Construction Industries Board (CIB), and each roofer must renew every year. We don't screen anyone on your behalf, so before you sign, go through this short list with whoever comes out to the house.

  • CIB registration number. It starts with "OK" and must appear on the roofer's trucks, bids, contracts and ads. Look it up with the CIB.
  • Liability insurance. Ask for proof of general liability coverage. Residential roofers need at least $500,000.
  • Workers' comp language. The contract should state that the workers are covered by workers' compensation.
  • A local address. Know where the business is based in case you need to reach it later.
  • A written, itemized contract. Tear-off, decking, underlayment, flashing, shingles or panels and cleanup should each have a line.
  • References and warranty details. Ask for recent customers and the manufacturer's warranty terms in writing.

What's Included, What's Not

Included: a free referral, plain guides on roof costs and Oklahoma's roofing rules, and the tools on this site, such as the cost calculator and the repair-or-replace check. Not included: roofing work of any kind. We don't inspect roofs, quote prices, sign contracts or send anyone with a ladder.

We never handle insurance claims or speak with your insurer. A roofer can photograph and measure damage, and you and your insurer settle the claim. Only a licensed public adjuster may negotiate a claim for you in Oklahoma. We never offer you money, gift cards, rebates or discounts. If you have a complaint about a roofer, contact the CIB at oklahoma.gov/cib/contact.
